We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality portfolio, including luxury villas and hotels. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a guest-first mindset, along with the ability to manage teams, maintain service standards, and drive overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of villas and hotels, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage housekeeping, front office, guest relations, maintenance, reservations, and other operational departments.
• Supervise and lead property teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and service excellence.
• Handle guest concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent service quality across all properties.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue performance, operating expenses, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to improve occupancy and business performance.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, with regular inspections and timely maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and business reviews for management.
• Take ownership of overall property performance, team development, guest experience, and operational efficiency, in line with General Manager-level responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality property management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills.
• Good understanding of hotel operations, housekeeping, guest relations, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle operational challenges independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• A guest-centric approach with a strong focus on quality and service standards.
• Experience managing luxury villas and boutique hotels will be an advantage.
