Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Udaipur. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and front desk teams, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest queries and escalations, and maintaining a warm, inclusive atmosphere. The role involves monitoring occupancy and revenue, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting basic budgeting and inventory control. The Property Manager will also help implement brand standards, support local marketing initiatives, and provide regular performance updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Strong property or hospitality operations skills, including front desk oversight, housekeeping coordination, and basic facilities management.
  • Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate clearly, handle feedback, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
  • Experience in team leadership, including scheduling, training, and motivating on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial and administrative skills, such as managing inventories, supporting budgeting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfort with using property management systems, booking platforms, and common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps).
  • Previous experience in hostels, hotels, or travel accommodations is preferred; familiarity with backpacker or community-stay culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on property needs.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional local or foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with relevant experience.
