This is an on-site, full-time Property Manager role located in the Pune Division. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth management of Coliwo's living and working spaces. Responsibilities include handling tenant relations, addressing property maintenance, managing vendor and staff relationships, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The Property Manager will also contribute to creating a positive and engaging environment for community members.

• Strong organizational and time management skills for overseeing property operations and tenant needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficiency in property management tasks
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance relevant to property management
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making to address issues promptly and effectively
• Experience in property management or hospitality is preferred
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
