Property Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient management. Responsibilities include tenant management, property inspections, onboarding/offboarding processes, addressing maintenance issues, renting and leasing activities, and managing budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining updated financial records for properties.

• Expertise in Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Lease Administration
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Budget Management, Expense Forecasting, and Financial Reporting
• Attention to Detail and Capacity for Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with Property Laws and Regulations
• Experience in managing maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Ability to work independently and to identify and solve operational issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in the real estate sector, including property management, is preferred
