Property Management Specialist

Role Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to manage day-to-day operations of our Airbnb property. This is a live-in internship opportunity ideal for someone interested in hospitality, property management, or travel operations. The role involves guest communication, property upkeep, and basic housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Guest Management:

• Handle guest inquiries (pre-check-in and post-check-in)
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings

Property Management:

• Ensure property is clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Monitor utilities, inventory, and supplies
• Conduct periodic property inspections
• Coordinate with vendors if required

Housekeeping:

• Perform cleaning between guest stays (when required)
• Ensure linens, washrooms, kitchen, and common areas are maintained
• Maintain hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
• Responsible and vigilant
• Physically active (cleaning and movement required)
• Basic smartphone literacy (Airbnb app, WhatsApp, calls)
• Prior hospitality or hotel experience preferred
• Willing to stay on-site
