Key Responsibilities
- 15+ years of experience in Commercial / IT Park / Large Asset Management
- P&L ownership and financial performance of the asset
- Managing hard & soft services, facilities, and vendor partners
- Client and occupier relationship management
- Leading large on‑site teams and driving compliance, safety & sustainability
- Strategic planning to enhance asset value and occupant experience
- Proven experience as a Property Head / Deputy Property Head
- Strong exposure to P&L management and client interfacing
- Experience with global occupiers and premium assets preferred
