About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Real Estate Agent with proven experience in the Indian real-estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, showcasing properties, & closing successful sales/lease transactions.The candidate must also be open to content creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify & develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, & referrals.
- Present, promote, & sell real estate properties (residential/commercial) to prospective buyers/tenants.
- Conduct property tours, showings, & client meetings.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Understand client needs, preferences, & financial capabilities to suggest suitable property options.
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, & developers.
- Provide excellent after-sales service & support.
3. Market Research & Documentation
- Stay updated on local real-estate trends, pricing, inventory, & competitor offerings.
- Assist clients with documentation, agreements, & coordination with legal teams, developers, & banks (if required).
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations & company policies.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, terms, & conditions with clients while maintaining profitability.
- Handle booking formalities, agreement execution, & other closing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory 1-3 yrs+ real estate experience (residential/commercial).
- Strong sales & negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements & offer tailored property solutions.
- Knowledge of property documentation, legal processes, & RERA norms.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, & digital communication.
