Role Description

This is a full-time, on-field role located in Ahmedabad for a Property Consultant at Real Estate Pundits (REP). We are looking for a proactive and driven Property Consultant who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, and close real estate deals. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong business development skills and the ability to identify clients seeking residential or commercial (office) spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed property insights
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, field sales, or business development (freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
• Basic knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
