We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a passion for helping clients navigate the property market.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and provide professional advice on property investments.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process.
Prepare and present property market reports and insights to clients.
Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and market conditions.
Assist clients in understanding financing options and legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India.
Ability to analyze market trends and data effectively.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
