Job Title: Property Consultant (Sales & Client Handling)
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (10% – post probation)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Property Consultant to handle property sales, client interactions, and site visits. This role requires strong follow-up, discipline, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound property leads and client inquiries
- Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and site visit coordination
- Convert prospective clients into confirmed sales
- Maintain consistent follow-up until closure
- Understand client requirements and match suitable properties
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, follow-ups, site visits)
- Assist in identifying new property opportunities when required
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Non - Negotiable)
- Strong follow-up and persistence with clients
- Ability to take ownership of assigned leads
- Discipline in reporting and task execution
- Willingness to work in the field (site visits, client meetings)
- Professional communication and client handling
- Ability to work under targets and timelines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Prior experience in sales is preferred (real estate experience is a plus)
- Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude can apply
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting is required
- Must be proactive, responsible, and result-oriented
COMPENSATION
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Incentive: 10% (applicable after successful completion of probation period)
