Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Malappuram. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the property purchasing or leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable property options, and closing sales. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to understand and meet client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and ensure a positive experience
• Sales expertise to present properties persuasively and achieve sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic, on-site role
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
