Property Consultant

Based in Mumbai, we serve clients globally in pursuing their property and international residency aspirations.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients on real estate transactions, providing personalized site visit support, recommending high-ROI projects, and assisting with loans and legalities. Other tasks include strategic investment planning and guiding clients through global investment visa processes.

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai and Dubai is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
