About The Role

PropKarmaa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Property Consultant Executives to join our sales team at our Sector 142, Noida office. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties while ensuring a seamless property-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct client consultations and schedule site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth sales execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and new project launches.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
