About The Role
PropKarmaa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Property Consultant Executives to join our sales team at our
Sector 142, Noida office. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties while ensuring a seamless property-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct client consultations and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth sales execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and new project launches.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
