Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Ahmedabad.

The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in making informed property investments by understanding their requirements and preferences.

Daily tasks include providing expert consulting, sourcing real estate options, facilitating property viewings, negotiating terms, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

The Property Consultant will also maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market and effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide clients with informed advice and insights
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Sales experience to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Ability to analyze real estate market trends and identify potential investment opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology is a plus
