Assistant Manager – Sales

Role: Assistant Manager – Sales

As an Assistant Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving sales in assigned micro-markets, and building strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, field engagement, and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect and communicate effectively with potential buyers

* Manage leads from the first interaction to deal closure

* Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers)

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options

* Ensure regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to customers

* Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends

* Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system

* Position the company effectively against competitors

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

* 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance, or other sales-driven industries

* Strong motivation to achieve sales targets

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Fluency in English is mandatory; local language proficiency is an added advantage

* Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills

* Organized and proactive personality

* Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously

* Comfortable working on weekends

* Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore

* Must own a two-wheeler or car

Work Structure

* 6-day working week

* Weekends are working days

* Extensive travel across Bangalore is required

* Candidate must own a two-wheeler or car
