Role Description The Property Claim Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end property and jewellery insurance claims, including initial claim intake, documentation review, and validation of coverage. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, insurers, and assessors; analyzing claim details and supporting evidence; coordinating inspections and valuations; and negotiating settlements within established guidelines. The Property Claim Manager will maintain accurate claim records, monitor timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and provide clear communication to clients throughout the claims process. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting internal reporting, and mentoring junior team members on best practices in claims management.

  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review evidence, assess liability, and determine fair outcomes.

  • Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills for documentation, record-keeping, and deadline management.
  • Relevant experience in property or jewellery insurance, risk assessment, or loss adjusting is beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate within a professional team environment.
