This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Property Advisor. In this role, you will assist clients with property buying, selling, and renting decisions by understanding their needs and presenting suitable options. You will coordinate property showings, engage in market research, negotiate deals, and maintain strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing contracts, providing property-related insights, and staying informed about trends in the real estate market.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and deal closure techniques
• Knowledge of local real estate markets, property evaluation, and documentation processes
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple listings and contracts
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
