Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Sourcing / Onboarding Executive to support our real estate operations in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding suitable properties in line with business requirements while coordinating closely with property owners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify new residential/commercial properties as per business needs
- Conduct property searches through field visits, online portals, references, and broker networks
- Engage with property owners and negotiate commercial terms
- Handle end-to-end property onboarding, including documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sourced and onboarded properties
- Coordinate with internal teams for property approvals and activation
- Ensure timely closure of property acquisition targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and brokers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in property sourcing, acquisition, or onboarding
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel as required
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sourcing targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage, property acquisition, or leasing
- Familiarity with legal documentation related to property onboarding
