Hiring: Property Acquisition Manager

Location: Mumbai | Pune

Union Living is looking for an experienced and driven Property Acquisition Manager to support our expansion across Mumbai and Pune.

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential properties for expansion opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders

• Conduct market research and location assessments to identify suitable acquisition opportunities

• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with property owners and partners

• Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Operations, and Leadership to facilitate the acquisition process

• Track acquisition pipelines and ensure timely closure of opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, real estate expansion, or related fields

• Prior experience in hospitality, co-living, student housing, residential leasing, hotels, or real estate sectors will be preferred

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Good understanding of local real estate markets and acquisition processes

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
