Property Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist commercial spaces across India for CarzSpa franchise studios.
• Visit locations, check visibility, vehicle movement, space suitability, and overall feasibility.
• Build a strong network with local brokers, real estate agents, builders, and property owners.
• Identify multiple property types: commercial shops, industrial sheds, warehouse spaces, roadside properties, etc.
• Analyse market demand, competition, rental trends, and automobile clusters in each area.
• Recommend the best locations with comparison reports (rent, area, visibility, ROI).
• Negotiate rental terms, deposits, and agreements to get the best deal within company TAT.
• Coordinate for LOI, agreement paperwork, and final site handover.
• Assist franchise owners by suggesting the most profitable studio location in their city.

Requirements

• 1 3 years of experience in real estate, retail expansion, location sourcing, or franchise expansion.
• Strong network with commercial property brokers & builders.
• Good knowledge of property evaluation and rental negotiation.
• Willingness to travel PAN India frequently.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
