Property Accountant (RTR) - US process

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant specializing in the Record to Report (RTR) process for our US operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US Accounting and experience with month-end activities. Property accounting experience and familiarity with ERP tools like Yardi, Entrata, and Real Page will be a significant advantage. This is a night shift, work-from-office role with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes with a strong understanding of US Accounting principles.
• Execute and manage month-end activities efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and maintain precise financial records.
• Utilize ERP tools effectively for accounting functions.
• Contribute to financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have relevant experience.
• End to end RTR knowledge with US Accounting experience is essential.
• Property accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Should have strong knowledge in month end activities.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Yardi, Entrata and Real Page is a plus.

• Shift:Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
