Key Responsibilities- Review and proofread text content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Verify that the translated file accurately matches the source file in terms of content and layout.
- Ensure correct page numbers, headings, and captions, and verify that images and illustrations are accurately captioned.
- Maintain consistency in style, tone, and terminology across documents.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify content-related queries.
- Uphold a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific proofreading standards.
- Basic understanding of standard proofreading practices, procedures, and concepts is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of maintaining focus for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with various design formats and eager to learn new tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools.
