• Review and proofread text content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Verify that the translated file accurately matches the source file in terms of content and layout.
• Ensure correct page numbers, headings, and captions, and verify that images and illustrations are accurately captioned.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and terminology across documents.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify content-related queries.
• Uphold a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific proofreading standards.
• Basic understanding of standard proofreading practices, procedures, and concepts is preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining focus for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with various design formats and eager to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools.

• Comprehensive training on proofreading techniques and tools.
• Continuous support and mentoring from senior team members.
