Key Responsibilities

Review print and digital content for grammar, punctuation, readability, tone, style, and overall content flow

Perform quality assurance checks across deliverables as per project scope and guidelines

Ensure consistency in language, formatting, and visual elements including graphics

Use standard tools, checklists, and templates to carry out quality reviews

Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS and other screen readers

Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery

Identify and escalate quality risks, issues, or deviations to the project manager

Follow established quality assurance processes and compliance standards

Manage timelines effectively and deliver outputs within tight deadlines

Support continuous improvement in editorial and QA processes
