Job Description:
- Development & Tech Support
- Working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and UX/UI designers, to integrate AI components seamlessly into automation workflows.
- Analysing tool Performance: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of tool rate limits, throughput etc.
- Collaborating with Business Teams:
- Provide assistance and training to business teams in crafting effective prompts to guide the tool in generating accurate and relevant responses.
- Assisting users in understanding and utilizing the tool effectively.
- Addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues related to AI prompts.
- Continuously refining prompts based on performance and feedback.
