We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with deep expertise in AI algorithms, AI tools, and AI software who will help us research, develop, and execute AI-powered solutions for brand growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering & Optimisation
Design, refine, and optimise prompts for ChatGPT and other advanced AI models to generate high-quality, brand-relevant content.
Build AI workflows to automate and streamline research, ideation, and content creation.
Leverage Veo 3 and other text-to-video AI tools to create engaging brand videos.
AI Research & Strategy
Explore emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and tools to integrate into our agency’s workflow.
Conduct in-depth brand research using AI tools to uncover market insights, audience behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
Recommend and implement AI-powered brand development strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure AI tools are effectively utilised.
Provide training and guidance to team members on AI applications and prompt engineering best practices.
Develop custom AI use cases for different clients and industries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Currently studying at or a graduate of SVNIT (mandatory).
Strong understanding of AI algorithms, NLP models, and generative AI tools.
Advanced expertise in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs.
Hands-on experience with text-to-video platforms like Veo 3, Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, etc.
Familiarity with AI-powered research and data analysis tools.
Ability to translate brand goals into AI-driven creative solutions.
Passion for exploring new AI trends, models, and applications.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and innovation.
