Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in prompt engineering and will be responsible for developing scripts that compare electrical datasheets and generate comprehensive reports. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our electrical engineering team and software development, ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement prompt engineering solutions to facilitate the comparison of electrical datasheets.
- Write and maintain scripts that automate the generation of reports based on datasheet comparisons.
- Collaborate with the electrical engineering team to understand schematic requirements and data specifications.
- Analyze and interpret electrical schematics and datasheets to ensure accurate data representation in scripts.
- Conduct testing and validation of scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy of generated reports.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in prompt engineering and electrical engineering.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, including schematics and datasheets.
- Experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
