Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Prompt Design & Optimization:
- Design and refine prompts for various content types (educational materials, marketing copy, technical docs, creative writing)
- Develop prompt templates and frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across content production
- A/B test prompt variations to optimize for clarity, accuracy, tone, and engagement
- Build prompt libraries and style guides for different content categories and audiences
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with content teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI prompts
- Generate content for multiple channels: blogs, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, learning modules
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and educational standards
- Implement quality control processes for AI-generated content
- Technical Implementation:
- Work with APIs (Claude, GPT, etc.) to integrate prompt engineering into content workflows
- Build and maintain prompt chains for complex, multistep content generation tasks
- Design and develop AI agents for autonomous content workflows, including tool use, context management, and multistep reasoning
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure content quality, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Create documentation for prompt patterns, best practices, and troubleshooting guides
- Strategy & Innovation:
- Stay current with advances in LLMs and prompt engineering techniques
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for new content types or improved workflows
- Train team members on prompt engineering best practices
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate on prompt strategies
