We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing and experience in developing effective prompts for AI models. You will work closely with a team of data scientists and engineers to enhance model performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize prompts for various AI models to enhance their performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze user feedback and model outputs to iterate on prompt designs and improve user experience.
• Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of prompts and document findings for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing to continuously improve prompt engineering practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, particularly in language models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
