YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Support Account Manager in development and execution of Customer Business Plan, support customer agreement process and contract creation, ARO analysis, understanding forecasts and post event analysis, Non-Promo Planning and Promo Planning (1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 2.2.1); Customer Agreement (1.2.3): CCBT Performance Management (1.6).

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Enforcement of guardrails on customer business plan
  • Completeness and accuracy of promotion data
  • Validation of promotion plan in ACTPM
  • Validation of promotion on customer portal

YOUR PROFILE

  • Creation of promotion framework and completing promotion data in ACTPM
  • Adjust promo slots as recommended by CCD
  • Create Customer Scorecard
  • Create sell in story decks
  • Support Account Managers with preparations for CCBT meeting
  • Proficient in communicating with international Clients, internal & external Stakeholders, Strong written and verbal communication, Time management & Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / electrical , Master in Business Administration Supply chain management, or a related field.
