Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic *Promoter Service Executive* to manage promotional activities, lead field teams, and ensure efficient execution of marketing operations in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in team management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of promoters to achieve set targets.
- Supervise daily field operations and ensure effective brand promotion.
- Coordinate between sales and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain data and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure work efficiency, discipline, and high-quality customer engagement.
