Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Promoter, based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some remote work. The Promoter will engage in customer outreach and provide product information, ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities include marketing products and services, attracting potential customers, increasing brand awareness, and providing training to clients or team members on product offerings. The role requires energetic engagement with customers and proficiency in various promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing to drive product awareness and achieve sales targets
• Experience or aptitude in Training team members or customers for effective use of products and services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Background in marketing or related fields is an advantage
