Key Responsibilities
- Write high-impact, inquisitive and emotionally compelling promo scripts for Telugu infotainment that capture attention within seconds.
- Decode top-performing promos to identify narrative patterns, emotional triggers, and storytelling techniques — and apply those insights to new content.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative editors, and show teams to ensure authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned storytelling.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, viral formats, emotional hooks, and the evolving Indian content landscape.
- Adapt tone, structure, and pacing to maximize retention and engagement across platforms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, speed, and quality must coexist.
- Ideate, review, and quality-check scripts and promo videos created by external agencies..
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in writing (fiction preferred), particularly in microdramas, OTT content, films, or web-series promos.
- Background in media, content, or storytelling (Tier 1 communication institutes preferred).
- Strong foundation in copywriting, audio-visual writing, and short-form video storytelling.
- Exceptional command over Kannada — your words should hit hard, fast, and deep.
- A creative self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to independently elevate brand voice.
- Someone who uses AI as an oar to row the boat — not as the boat itself.
- Knowledge of CMS, Meta Ads manager, Google Ads is a plus.
