At Kuku TV, we're building the future of short-format OTT entertainment and microdramas for global audiences, and we're looking for a Promo Writer (Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Haryanvi, Rajasthai, Gujarati) who can turn emotions into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy scripts.
If you understand viral storytelling, audience psychology, and high-retention content, and can create content that resonates across diverse audiences, this role is your stage.
What You'll Do
- Write high-impact promo scripts for microdramas & OTT shows.
- Craft emotion-driven hooks that grab attention instantly and drive strong viewer retention
- Analyze top-performing OTT promos and viral content trends across markets to replicate success patterns
- Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and marketing to deliver compelling narratives
- Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for short-form video platforms and diverse audience preferences
- Stay ahead of digital trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in Hindi content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing
- Background in OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling
- Strong understanding of story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension
- Exceptional command of verbal & written in respective language (creative, punchy, impactful)
- Ability to create short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content
- Self-driven, fast thinker who thrives in a high-speed content environment
