About the Role

As a Promo Producer (Fantasy), your job is simple (but not easy):

Make people stop scrolling

Make them curious

Make them click

You'll create short-form (2 min) and long-form (30–40 min) video ad scripts that turn stories into high-performing content

This role sits at the intersection of:

What you'll actually do

Create scroll-stopping promos

Write engaging promo scripts for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that bring our fantasy stories to life

Use Gen AI tools to create visuals and enhance storytelling

Build powerful hooks

Find the most addictive moments, tropes, and emotional beats in a story — and turn them into multiple high-retention versions

Use AI to quickly test and iterate creative concepts

Use data to get better

Track what's working (CPI, CTR, retention, completion rates)

Run A/B tests and refine both scripts and creatives to improve performance

Write for the right audience

Adapt content for UK audiences making sure tone, references, and storytelling feel natural

Create platform-native content that works differently on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 4+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or performance marketing
• Have written high-converting scripts for social platforms
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling and engage
• Can balance creativity with performance metrics
• Are comfortable using Gen AI tools to create and iterate content
• Stay updated with social media trends and formats
• Can adapt tone and storytelling for different audiences

You'll stand out if

• You've worked across both short-form and long-form content
• You understand fantasy storytelling and audience behavior deeply
• You've experimented with AI in content creation
• You have certifications in social media or performance marketing
