We currently focus on Haryanvi, Rajasthani and Bhojpuri languages. Our mobile apps have 15 Mn+ downloads and 4 Mn+ paying customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in these regions.

Role Overview
The Promo Producer Gujarati will be responsible for leading end-to-end creation of promotional videos and creatives for Gujarati films, web series, and micro-dramas on STAGE.

- Promo Strategy & Creative Direction
- Define creative narratives, hooks, and positioning for Gujarati titles
- Determine how each title should be presented to digital audiences
- Develop multiple creative angles for performance marketing and in-app surfaces
- AI-Led Promo Creation
- Use AI tools to:
- Generate end-to-end multiple promo video versions
- Create new hooks, edits, scripts, and storytelling angles
- Build AI-assisted trailers, reels, and teasers
- Apply AI for:
- Scene discovery and selection
- Script refinement
- Voice, visuals, and rapid creative iteration
- End-to-End Promo Production
- Own the complete lifecycle: Script Edit Voice Music Final Output
- Collaborate with editors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets
- Ensure every creative is culturally relevant, visually strong, and performance-ready
- Performance & Data-Driven Optimization
- Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams
- Analyze creative performance to improve hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Produce multiple versions for A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Execution & Ownership
- Manage multiple Gujarati titles in parallel
- Maintain clear trackers, documentation, and version control
- Deliver high-quality creatives on time with minimal follow-ups
- Fluent in Gujarati (language proficiency and cultural understanding)
- 57 years of experience in:
- Promo production
- Film / OTT marketing
- Digital video, trailers, or content marketing
- Strong sense of storytelling, visual grammar, and cinematic impact
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for:
- Video creation and editing
- Script writing and rewriting
- Voice and dubbing
- Visual and creative generation
- Ability to independently create multiple promo versions using AI-driven workflows
- Promo scripting and copywriting
- Scene selection, pacing, and narrative build-up
- Music and emotional storytelling
- Creative feedback, QC, and final output ownership
- Clear understanding of what drives clicks, installs, and watch time
