Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and innovative scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience
- Experiment with dialogues, narrations, and other storytelling styles to bring engagement on promos
- Research and analyse industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors strategies to improve scriptwriting and ensure content resonates with the target demographics
- Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance scripts
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and take responsibility for the end-to-end production of promos
- Analyse promo performance and related data metrics to improve promo writing skills
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of scripting experience, preferably in Micro-Dramas, fictional short-form content or OTT, TV, radio, or film
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Proven ability to manage the entire creative lifecycle from concept development to analysis of post-launch performance
- Knowledge of digital content trends, mobile video formats, and emerging storytelling platforms. Familiarity with video production workflows and tools is a strong plus
