Department: Infrastructure & Industrial Parks Development
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), NICMAR & MBA preferred
Experience:
- 15-18 years in industrial infrastructure development, large-scale construction, or real estate projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Drive master planning, feasibility assessments, and infrastructure design for the Visakhapatnam Industrial Park.
- Ensure project execution within stipulated timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality industrial infrastructure.
- Infrastructure Development & Operations
- Oversee the development of core infrastructure including roads, utilities, power, drainage, and connectivity.
- Implement sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
- Monitor project progress, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely interventions.
- Stakeholder & Compliance Management
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Engage with potential investors and tenants, ensuring infrastructure alignment with their operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations for all construction and development activities.
- Financial & Risk Management
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing preventive and corrective strategies.
- Establish financial controls to maintain project sustainability and profitability.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and project managers to drive seamless execution.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
- Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 15-18 years in industrial infrastructure development, large-scale construction, or real estate projects.
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multi-functional teams.
