About the Role:

We are looking for an SAP Operations Executive with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM Module to support project procurement, purchase requisition management, CapEx processing, and budget tracking activities. The role requires close coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP S/4HANA MM Module for CapEx and OpEx requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and user departments for project procurement activities.
• Raise and track CapEx requests through the CapEx Portal.
• Create and maintain FRNs (Fund Reservation Numbers) for project revenue expenses.
• Monitor project WBS structures and support SAP access management.
• Track budget utilization, commitments, and project cash flows.
• Generate monthly MIS reports related to PRs, budgets, and WBS consumption.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to resolve SAP-related issues.
• Manage ARIBA catalog requisitions and support procurement processes.
• Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office tools for reporting and analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA MM Module
• Knowledge of Purchase Requisition, CapEx, and Budget Management processes
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Experience working in Pharma, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Engineering projects preferred

Qualification :

Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related discipline
