General manager - Projects / Commissioning — Large-Scale Process Plant

A leading process industry player is setting up a greenfield project and is looking for a seasoned execution leader to steer it from concept to commissioning.

What we're looking for:

End-to-end project execution track record — concept FEED detailed engineering construction commissioning operations exposure
Hands-on experience with Hydrogen PlantsandHydrotreaters (Naphtha / Diesel / VGO / Slurry — any variant works)
Strong refinery or petrochemical background
Must have led as a Projects Manager or Commissioning Manager — purely operations-side profiles won't fit
20–25 years of relevant industry experience
