Position - Associate/Senior Associate
Practice Area - Projects and Infrastructure
Location - Gurgaon
Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India
PQE - 2 to 6 years
Expertise in the Projects Practice:
- Transaction structures and regulatory framework for project developmental.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating concession agreements, power purchase agreement ctc.
- Due diligence on companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Advising clients on compliance with sectoral laws and policies
