We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Engineer / Sr. Engineer to support project execution and coordination activities across various industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects to ensure delivery within timeline, cost, and scope

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

• Monitor daily/weekly progress and report updates to stakeholders

• Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and maintain documentation

• Track plan vs actual progress and highlight deviations

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams

• Support communication with clients and vendors

• Assist in site execution, manpower coordination, and material planning

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety practices

• Identify issues, support resolution, and escalate when required

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of project execution / site engineering experience
• Basic knowledge of project coordination, site activities, execution, and monitoring
• Familiarity with MS Excel / MS Project for tracking and reporting
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Execution-focused with problem-solving approach and a team-oriented, learning mindset
