Location: Remote (WFH) with in person meetings as required; occasional travel for events outside home location
Experience: 57 years (Digital / Social Media / PR)
Compensation: 50,000 75,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Projects and Digital & Social Media Executive to lead digital strategy, strengthen our online presence, and manage key projects and events for PRCAI. This role combines digital and social media expertise, project management, content development, and stakeholder coordination to support PRCAI's programs, thought leadership initiatives, and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Website Project Management
- Ensure the PRCAI website is consistently updated with program information, while effectively cross-leveraging content between social media and the website as interconnected communication hubs.
- Define, research, and track digital and social media performance metrics aligned with best practices and the annual strategy.
- Coordinate with the social media agency as the lead SPOC for content generation across platforms; source content for blogs, videos, and posts from members, speakers, and partners.
- Build social advocacy and drive engagement across PRCAI's digital communities.
- Write social media content with strong business writing skills.
- Collaborate with the creative team on copy development, ideation, and reviewing creatives.
- Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Manage and update website content independently.
- Support the planning and execution of PRCAI events.
- Prior experience in an events firm or a social/digital agency is preferred.
Project Management
- Ensure all assigned projects are effectively managed and executed with high quality and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Secretariat, report directly to the CEO, and collaborate with MANCOM/EXCOM project teams to support concept development, coordination, and execution of various programs.
- For assigned training or thought leadership initiatives, coordinate with members to recruit participants, meet defined targets and deadlines, and gather required content.
- Manage and support a range of projects, including but not limited to: AIPR, ICCO, Global Collab, HR Meets, PRPCL, PR Dialogues/Regional Thought Leadership, and Growth Hacking.
- Support ongoing membership communication by developing internal communication systems across WhatsApp groups, in-house newsletters, Basecamp, and other channels.
- Conduct research to identify speakers and contribute to building thought leadership for large-scale programs.
