Job Description: Live Compare Test Lead

Experience Required: 12+ Years of overall IT experience, with 46+ Years in Tricentis Live Compare

Must Have Skills:

Overall 12+ years experience in SAP testing with strong expertise in Tricentis LiveCompare.

Experience in setting up and managing AI-driven impact analysis using Tricentis LiveCompare.

Install, configure, customize, and architect LiveCompare across SAP environments.

Experience in defining the best practices for LiveCompare deployment and integration.

Analyze SAP transport, custom code, and configuration changes and identify impacted processes.

Expertise in identifying relevant test cases through risk-based testing scope to optimize regression testing.

Experience in prioritizing test scenarios to reduce regression scope and improve risk coverage.

Expertise in effective test scope definition and execution.

Generate and maintain test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on expertise in Tricentis LiveCompare setup, configuration, and administration.

Proven experience in impact analysis, risk-based testing, and regression optimization.

Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, transport, custom code analysis, and configuration management.

Ability to define governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise test management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior test engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to other Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest) is a plus.

Experience in CI/CD integration with SAP testing tools.

Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality engineering and risk coverage.
