Project Technician

Position Title : Project Technician/ Technician

Job Brief : We are looking for a Qualified Draftsman with 4 to 9 yrs of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects.  He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop drawings and details as per the finalized design under the guidance of Senior Architect.. This role involves coordination with Consultants and PMC

1.      Drawing development

 Involve in preparation of drawing from  start to finish of the project ensuring high quality details for Schematic and working drawing stage in the guidance of Project Lead.

Ensure that all drawings are developed as per company drafting standards and in line with design requirement.

2.      Consultant

Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution

3.      Client and Site coordination

Coordination with project managers to achieve the required GFC deliverables in line with site requirement

Qualification : Diploma or ITI course on draftsmanship

Skills : Fluency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office

Experience : 3 to 9 yrs of experience as Draftsman in Architectural consultancy firm.
