Project Technical Support III

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support to PI and Co-PI

• Assist in managing the mental health and behavioral science components of the study, under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate field activities in the designated healthcare facilities to ensure effective implementation of the intervention.

Training and Supervision

• Train junior field staff on data collection and intervention protocols, and ensure fidelity to the study procedures and ethics.

Participant Tracking

• Work closely with the Project Manager to track referred participants and ensure timely follow-up at Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs).

Field Questionnaire Administration

• Receive training on various clinical and psychosocial assessment tools and conduct tablet-based assessments and structured interviews.

Daily Operations and Reporting

• Conduct field interviews under the daily supervision of the Project Manager and Research Associate, and report on progress and challenges during daily check-ins and weekly team meetings.

Feedback and Communication

• Provide feedback to the Project Research Scientist regarding field challenges, data issues, and suggestions for improvement.
