We are seeking a highly motivated Project Technical Manager to oversee and drive technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in project management within a technical environment
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
