About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Project Sales Team for Western Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project business through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and experience in handling project sales within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive project sales business across assigned territories in Western UP.
- Build strong relationships with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Builders & Developers
- Electrical Consultants
- Contractors
- Institutional Clients
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate enquiries, specifications, and approvals for company products.
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors for smooth execution of project orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely payment collections and customer support.
- Maintain CRM/database of key influencers and ongoing projects.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meets, and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong network within the architect, consultant, and builder community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage territory and client relationships.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
