We are seeking an experienced Project Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-11 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
- Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
