We are seeking an experienced Project Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuously monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-11 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
