Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out
At Uni Seoul, we're building more than stores — we're creating immersive, Korean-inspired retail experiences across India. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Project Manager who can bring our spaces to life, from concept to grand opening.
Your Role
You will own the end-to-end execution of new store launches — transforming empty spaces into visually stunning, brand-perfect stores delivered on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead complete store fit-out from site handover to launch
- Drive on-ground execution with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
- Manage multiple projects across cities in a fast-paced expansion environment
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in retail fit-out or project execution
- Strong understanding of store interiors, MEP, and execution
- A detail-oriented, ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable with travel and high-growth environments
